Up ’til now, California natives Fever The Ghost were probably most recognizable for their featured spot alongside My Morning Jacket and J Mascis on the opening track to the Flaming Lips’ Beatles tribute album With A Little Help From My Fwends. But, now, they’re getting a little help from their friends (ha) by having the Lips’ Steven Drozd help out with guitar on their latest track “Peace Crimes,” which will show up on their upcoming debut full-length, Zirconium Meconium. It’s a level-headed psych track with some cool vocal studio trickery that makes it sound like the lead singer is about the size of a bug. Listen below.
