Stream Migos Yung Rich Nation
There’s been a recent trend for rappers to release major-label albums that sound like slightly-tweaked version of their mixtapes. This is obviously a very good thing, and so I’m delighted to report that Migos’ long-awaited official debut Yung Rich Nation is the latest example. Back when the Atlanta trio appeared on the cover of the FADER, their label boss made a lot of noise about sending them to Sweden to make songs that could cross over globally, but instead, they’ve made an LP of the sort of ridiculously catchy trap music that made their name in the first place. The only guests on the album are Chris Brown (boo) and Young Thug (yay). We’ve heard the tracks “One Time,” “Migos Origin,” “Pipe It Up,” “Recognition,” “Spray The Champagne,” and “What A Feeling,” and now you can stream the entire LP at Pandora.
Yung Rich Nation is out 7/31 on Quality Control.
