Slime – “At Sea Again” (Feat. Selah Sue)
British producer Will Archer, who goes by Slime, has a knack for making smooth captivating electronic music. The release of his debut album Company is just days away, and so far we’ve heard the lingering R&B song “Hotdog.” The leading single was also accompanied by a quite literal video that featured a sad hot dog dressed man wandering the countryside. Now Slime shares “At Sea Again,” a mellow track that features hypnotizing vocals from Belgian musician and songwriter Selah Sue. Her beautiful serenades are backed by crooning harmonies, while Slime’s steady beat trails through ascending horns. The song floats with singular synths and chiming effects, slowly building and resonating to a unified being toward end. It all oozes a therapeutic haze; listen below.
