Billboard threw its first-ever Hot 100 Festival this weekend at Long Island's Jones Beach, featuring headlining sets from the Weeknd, Skrillex, Nicki Minaj, and Justin Bieber. Bieber hasn't performed for quite some time, aside from a few guest appearances with Skrillex, which made his set one of the weekend's most anticipated. Santigold, Lil Wayne, Jason Derulo, and a stage-diving Fetty Wap were among the other performers. Somewhat weirdly, indie rock veterans the Faint were there too.
