Four Tet has remixed Chvrches' Every Open Eye lead single "Leave A Trace." The UK electronic musician opts for a slow buildup on his take, a stark contrast from the trio's urgent everything-all-the-time style of instrumentation -- Lauren Mayberry's vocals don't even kick in here until halfway through the seven-minute edit, and even then they're particularly muted. But if mounting tension is what Four Tet was going for with this, he certainly accomplished it. Listen below.
