MTV has just announced that Pharrell, Demi Lovato, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Tori Kelly, A$AP Rocky, Twenty One Pilots, and the Weeknd will be performing at the Video Music Awards on Sunday, with more performers to be revealed over the course of the next few days. Watch the video announcement below.

In addition, Kanye West is set to receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the VMAs, and although nothing is confirmed, he is expected to perform in support of that.
The VMAs air this Sunday, 8/27 at 9PM EDT. Miley Cyrus is hosting, and the nominees include Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran, Mark Ronson, and Bruno Mars.
