St. Vincent recently visited Marfa, Texas -- she grew up in Dallas -- for a mini-documentary directed by Alan Del Rio Ortiz for Nowness. The short film follows St. Vincent as she explores the wilderness, plays acoustic guitar, and sings the national anthem at a local little league game, all the while reflecting on her drive and passion for music in a meditative voiceover.
