A few years ago, Big Boi, the busier half of OutKast, enlisted the help of Phantogram, the festival-mainstay synthpop duo from upstate New York, to help him out on three tracks from the solo album Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors. (According to a press release, Big Boi first heard the group when he was on the internet when pop-up ad autoplayed their song. If Big Boi had Adblocker, this never would’ve happened!) They apparently liked working with each other so much that they decided to do it again. Last month, Big Boi announced that he and Phantogram had finished recording a collaborative album, and he debuted some songs onstage with the group in Los Angeles a week and a half ago. And today, we learn that their seven-song collaborative EP Big Grams is set for release in just a few weeks. The EP features guest appearances from Run The Jewels and Skrillex, and Zane Lowe will debut first single “Fell In The Sun” on his Beats 1 Radio show tomorrow. Below, check out the EP’s tracklist.
