The Mantles – “Police My Love
Bay Area five-piece the Mantles play starry-eyed psychedelic pop fast enough that it almost sounds like punk rock — or, at least, like the mid-’60s garage bands whose inability to sound like the Byrds or the Rolling Stones accidentally helped inspire punk rock. Papercuts’ Jason Quever produced their new album All Odds End, and we’ve already posted their song “Doorframe.” Now Noisey has shared the equally peppy “Police My Love,” and you can hear it below.
All Odds End is out 10/16 on Slumberland.
