West Coast hornball-genius R&B king Ty Dolla $ign was supposed to release his official debut full-length Free TC this month, but it’s been pushed back to November. Still, the LP is shaping up nicely, and we’ve already posted “Drop That Kitty” (with Charli XCX and Tinashe), “Only Right” (with YG, Joe Moses, and TeeCee), “L.A.” (with Kendrick Lamar), and “Blasé” (with Future & Rae Sremmurd). Today, we get to hear another one: “When I See Ya,” a visceral and unabashed sex song with a verse from the ascendent New Jersey sing-rap yowler Fetty Wap.
