Manchester garage rockers Spring King are relatively new to the world, but they already have a curious historical distinction: They're the first band that Zane Lowe ever played on Beats 1. This week, the band will release their new single "Who Are You?," and its brand-new video stars two young people who spend a birthday evening surfing on a mysterious floating red door.
