Mass Appeal records will release Rubble Kings: The Album next month, which is a compilation of songs inspired by Shan Nicholson’s documentary on gang politics in the South Bronx in the 1970s. Little Shalimar (who scored Rubble Kings) produced the album, and Run The Jewels wrote a theme inspired by the film, which we first heard back in October. Tunde Adebimpe, Ghostface Killah, Boldy James, eXquire, and more are also featured. Watch the cartoon video for Run The Jewels’ contribution below.
