At the beginning of last year, New York punk rockers Big Ups released Eighteen Hours Of Static, a tough and cantankerous and truly great debut album. And now, it looks like they're getting ready to do it again. The band just posted a new song called "Capitalized," a dark and broody post-hardcore banger that packs a whole lot of dynamic shifts into its two minutes. And they've also posted a teaser for what appears to be a new album. Check out both the song and the video below.
