At the beginning of the year, before they’d played a single reunion show, Sleater-Kinney got back together on the Late Show With David Letterman to play the shit out of “A New Wave.” Letterman is gone now, but last night, the band returned to the Ed Sullivan Theater, finishing their big year by playing a different song from the badass album No Cities To Love. This time around, the host was Stephen Colbert, the song was “Bury Our Friends,” and the performance kicked just as much ass. Watch it below.
