Stream Five Unreleased The Bug Tracks Including Clash Cover With Spaceape

The Bug is Kevin Martin, the UK producer who makes heavy, overwhelming tracks from shattered bits of dancehall, grime, jungle, and experimental music. And as Pitchfork points out, he's just shared five unreleased tracks. Three of them feature vocals from Spaceape, the grizzled raga vocalist who made his mark on the early UK dubstep scene and who died of cancer in 2014. One of those tracks with Spaceape is a cover of the Clash's apocalyptic classic "Guns Of Brixton," and that's the sort of thing you should stop what you're doing and hear right now. The other tracks also feature vocals from Israeli MCs Mentor Irie and Miss Red. Listen to all five tracks below.

Shout out to Israel's dancehall scene. At this point, we probably shouldn't be surprised to learn that this is a thing that exists.
