Gucci Mane Officially Set To Get Out Of Prison This Year
It seems Gucci Mane will officially be released from prison this year. After Gucci’s label 1017 Records’ false report of his release in March of this year, Gucci, legal name Radric Davis, will be released on 9/20 of this year according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website. Gucci was sentenced to 39 months in prison in 2013 for gun possession while on parole. He was transferred from a Georgia state prison to a federal penitentiary in Terre Haute, Indiana to finish his sentence. Gucci filed court documents which argued that the clock for his sentence should have started at the beginning of his time in state prison. A judge agreed, and his release was moved up. So it looks like we’ll see Guwop sooner than later. Maybe that Diplo collab album will see the light of day.
It's official. Bureau of Prisons has bumped up Gucci Mane's release date from March 2017 to September 2016. pic.twitter.com/MxSA7GKAjk
