Fans rallied outside of Sony HQ in Manhattan today after Kesha was denied injunction against Dr. Luke last Friday. Kesha sued Dr. Luke in 2014 for sexual assault and emotional abuse, and the super producer has denied allegations. Kesha issued a statement about the court's ruling via Facebook earlier this week, and today her lawyer Mark Geragos tweeted a video of Kesha singing thanks to her fans for showing their support today, which you can check out below.

Sony released a statement about the ruling to The New York Times yesterday penned by the company's lawyer Scott A. Edelman:

Sony has made it possible for Kesha to record without any connection, involvement or interaction with Luke whatsoever, but Sony is not in a position to terminate the contractual relationship between Luke and Kesha... Sony is doing everything it can to support the artist in these circumstances, but is legally unable to terminate the contract to which it is not a party.
