Drake’s Views From The 6 Is Out 4/29, An Apple Music Exclusive
We already knew that Drake’s long-awaited Views From The 6 would be coming out in April, but now we know the exact date: 4/29. The rapper announced the news at the beginning of his Beats 1 show OVO Sound Radio tonight, as The Verge reports, and Apple has confirmed that the album will be an Apple Music exclusive, in accordance with his deal with the company. Drake has premiered a few singles from Views From The 6 over the past few months, including “Summer Sixteen,” the Kanye West and Jay Z collab “Pop Style,” and “One Dance” A few tracks that may or may not be on the album have also leaked, like the Popcaan collab “Controlla” and “Faithful,” which features a posthumous verse from Pimp C. Drake has been teasing the album for a while now, and earlier this week, as The Fader reports, the 6 image from the “Summer Sixteen” single artwork was projected onto the side of London’s Royal Opera House.
