Japanese avant-popper Shugo Tokumaru hasn't released any new music since 2012's In Focus? full-length, but he's putting out two new songs later this month as part of a new single that's being released in conjunction with a live DVD. "Vektor" is the B-side to that single, and features brother duo Meiwa Denki, and it's the same sort of delighfully quirky and experimental tune we've come to expect from the artist. It also comes with a video demonstrating Tokumaru's mastery of his craft. Watch and listen below.
