Mastodon, QOTSA, & At The Drive-In Members Tease Supergroup Gone Is Gone

Members of the bands Mastodon, QOTSA, and At The Drive-In have teased a new supergroup called Gone Is Gone. Rolling Stone reports that At The Drive-In's drummer Tony Hajjar will reveal Gone Is Gone on 4/27 at LA's Dragonfly. The new band is being billed as an "experimental rock group," andother members include Troy Sanders (of Mastodon), Troy Van Leeuwen (of Queens Of The Stone Age), andMike Zarin. Gone Is Gone will release an EP over the summer, and you can hear a preview of its lead single "Violescent" below.
