Former WU LYF member Ellery Roberts' project LUH is in full swing now. Roberts is gearing up to drop his band's first full-length foray, Spiritual Songs For Lovers To Sing, in a little over two weeks. He shared the huge, anthemic, unifying lead single, "Beneath The Concrete" a few weeks ago, and today it receives the visual treatment from Ebony Hoorn. Layered overlays of Roberts, a group of hooded of young men and women in all black, city buildings and skylines, and a strobe-lit live performance combine for a dark, moody feel that wonderfully contrasts the song's soaring aesthetic.
