About a year ago, as his last hurrah before a long break from touring, Jack White played a series of five surprise acoustic shows in the five states where he had never performed — North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho, and Alaska — selling tickets for $3 a pop. And in the new Vault Package from White’s Third Man Records label, he’s offering a collection of photographs from the tour taken by photographer David James Swanson, a double LP of the show in Idaho, and a DVD of the concert at Anchorage, Alaska’s Wendy Williamson Auditorium entitled Acoustic In Alaska.
