Watch The Lonely Island And Jimmy Fallon Play “I’m On A Boat” With Classroom Instruments

The Lonely Island have been in full promo mode for months for their film Popstar: Never Stop Popping, out in June. The comedy pop-hop trio have dropped the singles "Mona Lisa" and "I'm So Humble," made an appearance on The Voice, and did a Will Smith medley at the MTV Movie Awards.

Last night, the trio went on The Tonight Show to perform their biggest hit to date, "I'm On A Boat," as the latest installment of Fallon's Classroom Instruments series. If you would have told me in '95 that the Roots would be on TV in sailor suits with Black Thought looking like a black Brutus from Popeye playing songs on toys, I would have laughed in your face, but here we are. But I'm laughing with them on this one. Check it out.
