Happy Beyoncé Day, Minnesotans! Queen Bey is taking her Formation World Tour to Minneapolis' TCF Bank Stadium tonight, and in honor of that momentous occasion, Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has officially declared today, 5/23/16, to be "Beyoncé Day" in the state of Minnesota. Seriously, there's an official seal and everything:

In other Beyoncé news, Page Six reports that a new surprise album from Jay Z and Beyoncé, aka that Lemonade response album that Jay was rumored to be working on, is coming to Tidal "very soon."
