Animal Collective member Josh Dibb, better known as Deakin, is proving to be a versatile dude. After announcing a DJ tour along with the rest of AnCo (minus Panda Bear) in 2014, he announced a sneaker collab last year with LA vegan footwear brand Keep. Today that shoe, known as the Ramos Deakin, is available for purchase, but it also comes with a cassette single entitled “Harpy (Blue)” which he wrote specifically for the collaboration. It’s a pretty acoustic number with nothing but guitar strums and Dibb’s wispy vocals. The cassette also features “Harpy (Red)” on the B-side in coordination with the red and blue splashes on the sneaker’s heel.
