Today, the giddy, melodically explosive Toronto Band To Watch Weaves release their self-titled debut album. And they've also shared a video for their technicolor spazz-out single "Tick." It stars the stand-up comic Chris Locke as a schlub who hears Weaves' song once and who's immediately inspired to start doing things with his life. Also, three of the four band members wear clown makeup for some reason. Check it out below, via NPR.
