Last night, during the breathtaking game 7 of the NBA Finals, the world witnessed Jamie Foxx, in old-man makeup, doing a Future impression. Foxx played “Past,” and the idea was that he was Future’s father. This was for a Verizon commercial. He did a parody of “Fuck Up Some Commas” titled “I Got Verizon.” He threatened to fight anyone whose phone carrier was AT&T. He also dabbed several times. During a night that saw JR Smith become an NBA champion, it was one of the strangest things that appeared on my television. Watch it below.
