The Veils – “Axolotl” (Prod. El-P) Video

Along with band member Atom Greenspan, El-P co-produced "Axolotl," the churning, Nick Cave-esque track from the London group the Veils. And today, we get to see the song's video, in which an injured bearded figure bleeds black oil all over a desert landscape while caricatured icons of American hostility -- a cop, a football player, a preacher -- look on. It is a very cool, very strange video, and it has a few twists and big moments. Tu Neill directed it, and you can watch it below.

The Veils album Total Depravity -- also co-produced by El-P -- is out 8/26 on Network Records.
