Atmosphere – “Ringo” Video
In August, Minneapolis hip hop duo Atmosphere will release Fishing Blues, their seventh studio album. Spanning 18 tracks the album features appearances from DOOM, Aesop Rock, Kool Keith, The Grouch and more. In anticipation of the release, producer Ant and lyricist Slug have released the first single “Ringo” in the form of a video depicting a past-prime actor (who I thought was John Malkovich for the first few seconds) playing a jester and a king, all the while being ridiculed by his younger peers as Slug repeats, “everybody want to see a falling star.” Check out the video for “Ringo” below.
