DC thrash-and-dash punks Pure Disgust jammed six punishing tunes into 10 minutes on their Chained EP last year. It seems like it will be more brutality on their upcoming self-titled debut LP. "Slander Me" is the first taste of the album -- a taste in the same way you can taste your blood and feel the need to check all your teeth after being punched in the mouth. It's about a minute and half of blistering, vicious chaos with blood-curdling ululations over machine gun drum patterns and lightning quick guitar strums. Man is this ferocious. Listen.
