Fudge is a new collaborative project from Prefuse 73, the adventurous veteran producer, and Michael Christmas, the buzzed-about Boston rapper. Together, they’ve made a self-titled album, and it’s coming out in a few months. It’s the first time we’ve heard Prefuse 73 making music for a rapper in years, and it might be the most straightforward music we’ve ever heard from him, even if it isn’t really that straightforward. We’ve already posted first single “In My Shoes,” and now they’ve shared the warm, welcoming, melodic “Popstar Shit.” Listen to it below.
