Rihanna has had a pretty big Comic-Con. Yesterday, new footage from Luc Besson's upcoming sci-fi epic Valerian revealed that Rihanna would be playing a space stripper, and at another panel today, Rihanna herself revealed that she will star in the fifth and final season of A&E's Bates Motel as Marion Crane, the ill-fated character portrayed by Janet Leigh in Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. "We wanted to thrust the iconic role into a contemporary spotlight and redefine it in a meaningful and exciting new way," said executive producers Carlton Cuse and Kerry Ehrin. "We also heard Rihanna was a fan of the show, and we were huge fans of hers, so it was the perfect collision of creativity and fate." Watch Rihanna's announcement below.
