Beat Bugs, Netflix's Beatles-themed animated kid's show, is premiering next week. We've already seen a teaser trailer, and today, the full trailer has arrived, along with a clip of the Shins covering Rubber Soul's "The Word" while animated critters cavort around a colorful cartoon world. The show will also feature Beatles covers from Eddie Vedder, Sia, Chris Cornell, P!nk, Of Monsters And Men, Regina Spektor, and many more. Watch below via Vulture.

Variety reports that Netlix has also ordered a new Motown-themed series from Beat Bugs' writer/director Josh Wakely. The as-yet untitled project will follow the adventures of an 8-year-old boy named Ben, who lives in a city called Motown and discovers he can bring street art to life. Smokey Robinson is executive producing, and he'll round up a group of contemporary artists to cover 52 classic Motown songs for the show.
