Justin Bieber's former neighbors must undergo a lengthy psychological exam to pursue their lawsuit against the pop star for "emotionally terrorizing them," the the AP reports. Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz, who used to live next to Bieber in a gated community in Calabasas, filed a lawsuit last year claiming that he terrorized their family with loud parties, drug use, and aggressive driving. He also egged their home, and has paid them roughly $80,000 in damages and completed probation in a misdemeanor vandalism case filed over the incident. While lawyers for the couple argued that a seven-hour psych exam should not be ordered, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Holly J. Fujie has ruled that their claims of severe emotional distress are "why it's even more important (to) have a mental exam." Now, let's all take a moment to reflect on how grateful we are that we don't live next to Justin Bieber.
