A$AP Rocky, Travis Scott, Fetty Wap, & G-Eazy Cancel On Leeds Festival
Acts have been pulling out of this weekend’s Reading and Leeds Festivals left and right for unrelated reasons. The first cancellations came a month ago when Haim nixed their entire European tour, which included a stop at the joint fests, to work on their new album, while G-Eazy cancelled his appearance due to “unforeseen circumstances.”
Now, as as NME reports, A$AP Rocky has also had to cancel his performance at Leeds due to “travel issues” (though he’s still set to play Reading later on in the weekend, Pitchfork says). Pitchfork also points out that Travis Scott dropped out “due to album commitments” and was replaced by Stormzy, and that Fetty Wap won’t be performing because of a “severe ear infection.”
That’s a lot of last-minute switch-ups for one (well, sorta two) festival! Nevertheless, Reading and Leeds will go on as planned this weekend.
