Members Of Arcade Fire, The Strokes, Vampire Weekend To Play In Pop Vs. Jock V Basketball Game
The fourth edition of the Pop Vs. Jock celebrity basketball game is set to go down later this month in Montreal. Players this time around include event organizers Win and Will Butler of Arcade Fire fame, the Strokes’ Nikolai Fraiture, Vampire Weekend’s Chris Tomson, Silicon Valley star Martin Starr, and basketball players Luke Bonner and Matt Bonner, plus some special guests. There’s going to be a halftime performance by the 69 Boyz, and a screening of Space Jam after the game. It’ll take place at the McGill University Sports Center on 9/24 at noon — tickets available here.
