The endless wellspring of content that is Stranger Things continues! One of the things that helped make the '80s sci-fi pastiche so successful was its synth-heavy score by Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein of S U R V I V E, which intentionally evoked the work of legends like John Carpenter and Tangerine Dream. So it's a fun bit of acknowledgment that Tangerine Dream themselves -- now made up of Thorsten Quaeschnine, Hoshiko Yamane, and Ulrich Schnauss following the death of founder Edgar Froese last year -- have shared a pair of tracks that interpolate the Stranger Things theme.
