Donald Glover's surreal FX comedy Atlanta just wrapped up its stunning first season last week, and now it looks like he might be getting ready to release some new music under his Childish Gambino alias. A Reddit user recently posted about seeing an upcoming-releases sign in an FYE store promising a new Childish Gambino album called Awaken, My Love! that's supposedly coming out 12/2. Since then, people have noticed listings for the album on both AllMusic and Amazon Canada. So while the new album isn't confirmed yet, there are at least signs that it's on the way. And as someone who's never been able to get into Glover's music, I can say that I'm more than willing to give it another shot after seeing how great Atlanta was.
