Leonard Cohen died last week. Although he had been open about his recent health problems, no official cause of death was given at the time. But now, as The New York Times reports, Cohen's manager Robert B. Kory has offered some details. "Leonard Cohen died during his sleep following a fall in the middle of the night on Nov. 7," he said in a statement. "The death was sudden, unexpected and peaceful."
