Artful LA pop singer Elohim has shared a video for "Hallucinating." The song continues Elohim's gradual shift from shadowy beginnings toward a brighter sound, accenting its infectiously peppy undercurrent with everything from a "Come On, Eileen" string section to mariachi horns.
