About a year ago, the slinky, moody Washington, DC pop duo GEMS impressed us with their debut album Kill The One You Love. Today, GEMS announced plans to follow it up -- not with a new album but with a new project that'll slowly release new music over time. With their Every Full Moon series, the duo have said that they'll be releasing a new song every time there's a full moon up in the sky. There's a full moon tonight, so they started things off with "Blow Out The Light," a soft and intimate piece of R&B-influenced bedroom pop. Listen to it below.
