For the first 2017 episode of WTF, his great interview podcast, Marc Maron has himself a hell of a guest: the Boss. Maron is a New Jersey native and a classic-rock evangelist, so Bruce Springsteen is a pretty ideal guest for him. And as Pitchfork points out, the two had plenty to talk about on their episode together, including Springsteen's family history of mental illness, the story that went into the making of his haunted 1982 classic Nebraska, and his anxiety about the looming Trump administration.
