Last year, the Internet's Matt Martians announced that he was gearing up to release his debut solo album, and today we're getting the first taste. The forthcoming LP, The Drum Chord Theory, is due out at the end of the month, and "Diamond In Da Ruff" was produced by both Martians and Steve Lacy. About two minutes in, the track's smooth production gets interrupted by the familiar sound of the default iPhone ringtone. It doesn't kill the vibe so much as realign it; check out "Diamond In Da Ruff" below.
