Ryan Adams – “Doomsday”
Right now, Ryan Adams is helping Liz Phair record her double-album comeback, which means he’s already earned himself at least a year’s worth of goodwill. And Prisoner, Adams’ own new album, is shaping up nicely, as well. Adams will release Prisoner next month, and we’ve already posted his songs “Do You Still Love Me?” and “To Be Without You.” Today, he’s shared another one, a three-minute harmonica-tootling rambler called “Doomsday.” It’s big and clean and catchy, like something a ’70s rocker might’ve recorded in the mid-’80s. (I mean that in the best way possible.) Check it out below.
