The National have been working on a new album for a while, and right now, they're in DC to take part in various protests. Last night, they played a Planned Parenthood benefit alongside Common. And while there, they played new song that -- for this band, especially -- was oddly funky, jammy, and frenetic. It seems to be called "Turtleneck."
