The troubled Chicago rap star Chief Keef has been making increasingly strange and insular music lately -- check his new mixtape Two Zero One Seven for evidence -- but he can't seem to stay out of legal trouble. TMZ reports that Los Angeles police recently arrested Keef and an unnamed associate for attacking and robbing Ramsay The Great, a producer who's worked with Keef a bunch of times.

Keef has been charged with robbery and assault after allegedly jumping Ramsay in his own house. Police arrested Keef after searching his Tarzana, California home. He's being held on $500,000 bail.

On Instagram last week, Ramsay told the story of the attack while lying in a hospital bed, his face visibly injured. He also laughed at Keef for being that dumb. Here's the video:

Dumb ass hell

So maybe don't look for Keef to make it onstage at the Rolling Loud festival this spring after all.
