Lana Del Rey – “Love”
Mysterious posters advertising a new Lana Del Rey project called “Love” started popping up around Los Angeles the other day, and now we know what it is. As it turns out, “Love” is LDR’s first single since her 2015 LP Honeymoon, and it’s out in the world right now. Produced by Rick Nowels, Emile Haynie, and Benny Blanco, the song features a lyrical and melodic reference to the Beach Boys’ “Don’t Worry Baby,” and you can hear it below.
In a statement Lana says, “I made my first 4 albums for me, but this one is for my fans and about where I hope we are all headed.” Press materials for the single confirm an album produced by Nowels and “set to include some exciting guest featured artists” is coming this year. A video for “Love” is also coming “very soon.”
