LVL UP evoke a number of classic '90s rock bands on last year's Return To Love. So do they sound like Blur on "Blur"? Not really; it's more of an early Built To Spill jam, one of those precocious guitar epics Doug Martsch did so well circa There's Nothing Wrong With Love (but with gorgeous space-age keyboard flourishes all LVL UP's own).
