David Bowie’s NYC Condo Is For Sale And Comes With His Piano
A NYC condo formerly owned by David Bowie has been put on the market for $6.5 million, Forbes reports. Bowie and his wife Iman lived there from 1991 to 2002, when they sold the property for $1.7 million, leaving Bowie’s Yamaha piano behind. Besides the piano, the 1877-square foot condo in Manhattan’s Essex House boasts a limestone foyer, a walnut-paneled office, a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops, two en-suite bathrooms made of custom marble, porcelain, and limestone, custom lighting and sound systems, and views overlooking Central Park.
