Spoon – “Hot Thoughts” Video

Spoon released the great new album Hot Thoughts last month, and they’ve just shared director Matt Muir’s new video for its hard-strutting title track. The video seems to consist entirely of footage of the band playing live at SXSW last month, and it’s chopped up and degraded enough to make the show look mysterious and urgent. Also, the band will be touring hard all summer and into the fall, and they’ve just announced a string of dates alongside fellow veteran indie tunesmiths the Shins.
